Terms of Service

TaskForge — a product of Imagilabs · Effective Date: June 17, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TaskForge, a product of Imagilabs ("we," "our," or "us"), available at taskforge.imagilabs.in. By accessing or using TaskForge, you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using TaskForge on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business.

1. The Service

TaskForge is a cloud-based production and job tracking platform built for manufacturing and fabrication businesses. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the service during your active subscription period.

2. Subscriptions & Payment

• TaskForge is offered as a Yearly flat-fee subscription per business entity.
• Fees are billed on the same calendar date each year from the date of subscription activation.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). GST at 18% will be applied at checkout.
• Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. We do not store card or banking details on our servers.
• If a payment fails, your access may be suspended after a 5-day grace period. Your data will not be deleted during this period.

3. Free Trial

Where offered, a free trial gives you full access to TaskForge for the stated trial period at no charge. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will commence automatically at the end of the trial period and you will be charged accordingly.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting us at taskforge@imagilabs.in.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You retain access to the service until that date.
• We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused periods except where required by applicable Indian law.
• Imagilabs reserves the right to offer discretionary refunds on a case-by-case basis.

5. Your Data

• You retain full ownership of all data, content, and information you enter into TaskForge.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your business data with third parties except as necessary to provide the service (cloud infrastructure via Google Firebase).
• Upon cancellation, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After this period, we reserve the right to permanently delete your data from our systems.
• We will not access your data except to provide support at your explicit request, resolve technical issues, or comply with legal obligations.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use TaskForge for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, sublicense, or resell the service.
• Introduce malicious code, viruses, or attempt unauthorized access to any part of the platform.
• Share your account credentials with individuals or businesses outside your organization.
• Use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the platform or interfere with other users.

7. Service Availability & Maintenance

We aim to keep TaskForge available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Downtime may occur due to scheduled maintenance, third-party service interruptions (including Google Firebase), or events beyond our reasonable control. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to notify customers of planned maintenance in advance.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in TaskForge — including its software, design, features, and documentation — remain the exclusive property of Imagilabs. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. Your data remains yours.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Imagilabs's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of TaskForge shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the date of the claim. In no event shall we be liable for any loss of business, lost profits, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, regardless of cause.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Imagilabs, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of TaskForge, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Modifications to the Service or Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 7 days' notice of material changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of TaskForge after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms or if we determine your use poses a risk to the platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases and data retention provisions (Section 5) apply.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
