Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the standards of acceptable behavior for all users of TaskForge. By using TaskForge, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

1. Permitted Use

TaskForge is designed for legitimate business use by manufacturing and fabrication companies to track jobs, manage production workflows, and coordinate teams. You may use TaskForge for any lawful business purpose consistent with its intended function.

2. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on TaskForge:

Legal Violations

• Using the platform for any activity that violates Indian law or applicable international law.
• Storing or transmitting data that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• Engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activity.

Security Violations

• Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the platform or its infrastructure.
• Attempting unauthorized access to any account, system, or network.
• Introducing malware, viruses, ransomware, or any malicious code.
• Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the service for other users.

Platform Misuse

• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code.
• Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing access to the platform.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limits.
• Using automated bots or scripts to access the platform in ways that place unreasonable load on infrastructure.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must:

• Use a strong, unique password for your TaskForge account.
• Not share your credentials with individuals outside your business organization.
• Notify us immediately at taskforge@imagilabs.in if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Data Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter into TaskForge. You agree not to store any data that:

• Contains sensitive personal data beyond what is necessary for business operations.
• Violates the privacy rights of any individual.
• Is false, misleading, or defamatory.

5. Enforcement

Imagilabs reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP. We may, at our discretion and without prior notice:

• Suspend or terminate access to accounts found in violation.
• Remove content that violates this policy.
• Report illegal activity to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking action, except where immediate action is necessary to protect the platform or other users.

6. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violations of this AUP, please report them to us at taskforge@imagilabs.in. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
