Refund & Cancellation

TaskForge — a product of Imagilabs · Effective Date: June 17, 2026

This policy outlines the terms under which Imagilabs handles cancellations and refunds for TaskForge subscriptions.

1. Subscriptions

TaskForge is offered on a monthly/yearly recurring subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize Imagilabs to charge your payment method on a monthly/yearly basis until you cancel.

2. Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at taskforge@imagilabs.in.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
• You will continue to have full access to TaskForge until the end of the paid period.
• No further charges will be made after cancellation is confirmed.

3. Refunds

• TaskForge subscriptions are non-refundable. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months or unused time remaining in a billing cycle.
• If you are charged after submitting a valid cancellation request due to a system error, you are entitled to a full refund for that charge. Please contact us within 7 days of the erroneous charge.
• Imagilabs may, at its sole discretion, offer refunds in exceptional circumstances. These will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

4. Free Trial

If you are on a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged. No refund is applicable for the trial period as it is complimentary.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (where applicable), please contact us at taskforge@imagilabs.in with the following:

• Your registered business name and email.
• The date of the charge in question.
• Transaction ID or payment reference.
• Reason for the refund request.

We will review and respond within 5 business days.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution. We encourage resolving disputes directly with us first, as chargebacks can take significantly longer to resolve.
